Xbox Live Gold Membership Requirement Removed for Free-to-Play Multiplayer Games

Xbox Live Gold membership will no longer be a requirement to play free-to-play multiplayer games, the company announced. The feature was in testing for about a month and has now rolled out to all Xbox users.
