Landline to Mobile Calls Won’t Go Through Without Prefix ‘0’ Starting Today

A Department of Telecommunications (DoT) directive that goes into effect today, January 15, mandates all landline users in India to prefix the calls made to mobile phones with ‘0’. Calls made without the prefix ‘0’ won’t go through.
